As a receptionist at our Sky Office you will be the smiling face and friendly voice of Sky that all visitors will first come into contact with and in this role will be responsible for the timely and accurate response of all incoming phone calls and visitors.
How you will contribute
- Receive and screen incoming phone calls for Sky Channel and SS Radio.
- Book internal meeting rooms, travel and couriers, as well as assistance with dispatch of goods via courier
- Respond to customer feedback received via our website.
- Process vision requests from customers
Our Ideal Person
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years reception experience and ideally reception within a fast paced environment in which being a team player is important. As receptionist, the ability to multi-task is a pivotal part of the role complemented by being able to provide warm, friendly customer service.
The hours for the role are Part-Time from 8.30am – 12.30pm, Monday – Friday.
